Half Glazed Partitions ( Clipping system )
Half Glazed ( Semi glazed ) Partition, The lower panel (up to one meter from the floor) joint vertically by snap on clipping system is capped over 15 mm gypsum board , laminated with vinyl, fabric steel sheet, melamine or wooden veneer). Panels are arranged in single layer on either side of 63 mm wide steel studs and runner framing.
The top panel consists of 6 mm thick ordinary or tempered and clear or tinted glass fitted in the slot of glazing profiles provided with a rubber gasket all around its perimeter for cushioning.
18/24 mm double glazed or two layer of 6 mm glass can be used. An adjustable venetian blind can be provided between two glasses which can be controlled by knob system. The partition along the floor line is clipped with 100 mm high aluminum skirting.
